Terms and Conditions

1. All pets over 10 pounds are allowed on private service only. (no additional cost)
2. Smaller pets caged are allowed on shared / private service (no additional cost)
3. Service animals ride in the cabin and are allowed on shared and private rides. (free)

By completing your online reservation, you are agreeing to your credit card being processed immediately and to the Simcoe County Airport Service Cancellation Policy.

On Airport Shared Ride and Private Vehicle Service, a minimum cancellation notice of 24 hours from scheduled pickup time or flight arrival time applies. Otherwise Fees may apply. The conditions of cancellations within 24 hours is as follows:

1. Day prior to departure: $20 fee
2. On route to pickup: 50% of travel cost.
3. At Time of Departure: 100% of travel cost.

LUGGAGE IN EXCESS OF ALLOWANCES STATED BELOW WILL BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR MAY REQUIRE PRIVATE SERVICE AT Simcoe County Airport Service's DISCRETION. PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSIST THE DRIVER IN LOADING AND UNLOADING ALL OVERWEIGHT AND OVERSIZED ITEMS. Simcoe County Airport Service RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO CARRY ANY EXCESS OR OVERWEIGHT LUGGAGE THAT HAS NOT BEEN PRE-ARRANGED.

Luggage Allowance

Adults: Each adult passenger is permitted one standard suitcase and one piece of carry-on luggage. The dimensions of a standard suitcase cannot exceed 62"/158cm (L+W+H) and cannot weigh more than 50lbs/23kg. All hockey and large duffel bags count as two pieces of luggage.

Children (0-8): Each child is allowed one piece of luggage and one piece of carry-on luggage.

Strollers: Small collapsible umbrella type strollers will be carried free of charge. All other strollers will be treated as "Extra Luggage" and is subject to a $10.00 per piece each way.

Golf Clubs: Will be carried at $14.00 per piece each way and must be prearranged.

Skis & Snowboards: Will be carried at $14.00 per piece each way and must be prearranged.

Bicycles: Must be in approved airline carrying bags and are charged at $14.00 each way and must be prearranged. Bicycles NOT in approved airline carry bag require Private Service.

Simcoe County Airport Service is not liable for the loss or damaged luggage.

Passengers are responsible to ensure proper identification is attached to each piece of luggage including: Full name, complete home address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Passengers must identify their luggage to the driver during the loading and unloading process.
